European Geography Tutor is designed to make it easy for you to learn the names and locations of all the countries in Europe. It contains a study mode and two types of quizzes to test your geographic knowledge.

Dictionary 2000 supports 11 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Latin, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish, with the ability to translate between any of them.  The program includes a closest list function. If you enter a word that is unknown to Dictionary 2000, it displays several close words and picks the closest one. It also supports prepositions and articles. A word with a preposition or an article is recognized even if the preposition or article is incorrect for this word. In French, for example, if you enter Le Gare, the program corrects to La Gare.  In addition, you can add words and their translations, and delete them as well.

Math

• Times Table Guide (652KB) Guide To The Times Tables drills you on the 1 to 12 times tables. The program takes you through each times table from 1 to 12. You cannot move on to the next table until you have completed the previous one. For each times table you can be drilled in sequence (e.g. 1x1, 1x2, 1x3, etc.) or randomly. The question you need to answer is highlighted in green on the grid, and you must click on the correct answer from the numbers displayed below. You can print out a certificate that shows your progress.

We provide students with the learning techniques needed to become leaders in our community.  Students are given an opportunity to excel in a friendly environment with support from teachers, staff and peers.  

After-school programs serve up to 150 students daily at 7 Los Angeles public school sites.  Tutorial program operates on Monday and Tuesday.
