to learn to create lifestyle plans for healthy diets and
exercise.

and Banking: budget and banking teaches
personal skills such as money management, and methods for
making and keeping a budget are formulated.

Planning: participants strengthen their
internet research and application skills by creating web
pages and doing research on improving their educational
opportunities.
- College
Preparation: During college preparation
participants gain the opportunity to research their college
options by learning to apply for college entrance and
financial aid.
- Job
Seeking: job seeking gives participants the
opportunity to research their career options. using
the internet and their word-processing skills, they will
create and post a resume and apply for a job.
