Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Program (ATOD)

Youth are referred to a substance abuse counselor after an assessment is made with a parent or guardian.  Voluntary testing is discussed and a referral may be made to an (ATOD) agency.

Youth attending Safe Haven activities in a Safe Haven facility must be sober to enter and remain.  A contract is signed by youth who are participants in Safe Haven programs.
